For employers
Hire young people who arrive ready to start.
Post early-career roles and receive complete, relevant applications from young people in Wrexham and North Wales. Built for cafés, care homes, trades firms, shops and leisure centres.
Complete applications
Availability, the certificates and checks your sector needs, answers to your screening questions and a short note in the applicant’s own words. No chasing for basics.
Relevant, not random
Young people choose the kinds of work they want, so applications come from people who actually want your role. Add a required question to any job.
Availability up front
See who can do your shifts before you open an application.
Safety you can stand behind
Every employer will be checked before posting. Extra protections will apply to under-18s, with reminders of the young worker rules when you post.
Worth knowing
Hiring under-21s can cost less than you think.
Employers pay no employer National Insurance on earnings up to £50,270 a year for employees under 21 and apprentices under 25. Apprenticeship training for young people is largely or fully funded for smaller employers. And the new Youth Jobs Grant pays up to £3,000 for each eligible 18 to 24 year old hired after six months out of work.
Rules and rates change: check the latest guidance or your payroll provider. Sources in our guide for employers and our Youth Jobs Grant guide.
